BURJ AL ARAB TOURIST EXPERIENCE

The project master scheme aims to provide a new activation for tourists to have a guided tour of the Burj Al Arab. The project required modification and fitout of spaces within Jumeirah Beach Hotel (JBH) Conference Centre, Souq Madinat (MAS) and Burj Al Arab (BAA).
Our scope included supply and installation of timber doors, timber wall finish, lockers, ticket, retail, reception counters, desks, shelves, shoe cabinets, corian bench, and Interactive table.

DU HEADQUATERS

Brand new DU Headquarters located in Dubai Hills. LORJ provided the supply and installation of all joinery works for this modern facility.

DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTER

LORJ worked in Phase 1A5, which comprised of 2 no. office towers C2 & C4, and Phase 1A6, which comprised of 2 no. office tower C3 & C5. All Commercial office buildings are designed to provide grade A office accommodation, ground floor host retail as well as food beverage (F&B) outlets. Our scope included the supply and installation of timber veneer panels, joinery, shop front veneer, and glazing works.

ROXY CINEMAS – DUBAI HILLS

Roxy Cinemas, Dubai Hills is Middle East’s biggest cinema screen equipped with state-of-the-art laser projection and DOLBY ATMOS sound. An exciting project for Laing O’Rourke Joinery for supply and Installation of timber doors & joinery works including vanity units, counter, feature wall, cabinet, mirrors, skirting, staircase handrail, shelving units, wall panel, seating, table and lift car timber cladding.
