HOTEL INDIGO

Team delivered exquisite joinery details within Hotel Indigo; a 283-room boutique hotel, situated along the banks of Dubai Creek in Dubai Downtown, and which opened in October 2020. Business provided supply and installation of timber doors, wardrobes, TV unit, vanity cabinets etc, for all the guest rooms, and all joinery works for the front of house and back of house.

ALOFT HOTEL – DCC

A 4-star hotel building comprising 304 rooms, including 29 suites built at Deira City Centre Dubai. The project also involved outer rooftop of Vox cinema. Aloft hotel is directly linked to the iconic Deira City Centre Dubai. Joinery scope included joinery works, timber doors, and wall cladding in guestrooms and public areas. Project achieved LEED Gold certificate.

A Four-star LEED Gold certified hotel with 370 guest rooms. LORJ’s scope included all internal joinery for the guest rooms, fitness center, food and beverage outlets. Fast track project – joinery works completed in 4 months.

Manufacturing, supply and installation of all internal fit-out and joinery works including full height sophisticated Mashrabia Panel at the entrance covering all Lobby walls. It was a fast-track project, completed in 3 months.
