Laing O’Rourke Joinery manufacture all types of timber doors as per the specification of the project. Type of door core, fire rating, acoustic rating, dimension, finish, etc, all can be chosen by the client. LORJ hold the certification to manufacture fire rated doors up to 120 minutes of fire rating and acoustic rated doors with up to 37dB acoustic rating.
Joinery & FFE
Laing O’Rourke Joinery manufacture all range of joinery items for large scale mass production and bespoke projects. Our Joinery business has all the necessary certifications and latest machinery to manufacture any joinery product, only limited by the imagination of the designers. Quality being one of the key focus areas, it is ensured that every product leaving the factory is of exquisite quality.
Architectural Metal
To keep the quality and delivery timelines of the overall product more under control, Laing O'Rourke Joinery started its own metal fabrication facility in 2020. The metal components produced in the facility are used in the joinery, fixtures fittings & equipment (FF&E), and timber doors, as per project requirements. LORJ has state of the art machines including laser cutting machine, bending machine, grooving machine, etc in their metal fabrication yard.
Specialist Fit out Works
Laing O’Rourke Joinery take up high-quality turnkey fit-out projects having substantial scope for joinery works. LORJ self-deliver joinery, timber doors, decorative metal works and solid surface. Other activities are subcontracted to our trusted partners and are managed by LORJ’s highly experienced supervision team. The joinery business has carried out full turnkey fit out of VVIP luxury yachts, offices, hotels, private villas, etc.
